This will be a space for you to reconnect with your inner vitality as well as to give yourself a time out from the day-to-day, time to get really clear on what your soul’s purpose is. And of course, not to mention delicious vegan meals throughout the weekend to nourish you inside and out. We believe that retreat time is sacred and so replenishing to your mental and physical wellbeing. We look forward to welcoming you with open arms.
A passion project born out of a lifelong friendship and a desire to design events focusing on wellness through balance. Both Alice and Lucybloom have always held a deep love for both Yoga and good food. Together they have an ethos of everything in moderation and both share the idea of bringing people together through their combined knowledge.
Lucybloom studied the science of Yoga in India and teaches Ashtanga-Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. She is a believer in healing the body and calming the mind through this ancient practice. She is an advocate of balance in all areas of life, which is what drew her to the practice of Yoga in the first place – it gifted her with a physical discipline and a quiet space of calm. She teaches in various locations in South Dublin as well as hosting workshops and retreats.
Alice underwent culinary training in Ballymaloe Cookery School and has been working as a chef ever since. She has worked in high-end establishments as well as trendy cafes around the world. More recently, her business has evolved into personal catering for healthy cafes, weddings and private clients. Her love of food continues to flourish, her passion is evident in every dish she prepares.
Alice and Lucybloom have been friends for almost 20 years. Their similar flair for social events and wellness made starting The Yoga Feed a no-brainer. Their aim as a business is to offer a well rounded approach to self care, reminding people that slowing down and simplifying can often make all the difference in today’s busy world.
