Earth Medicine 15.2

There are two meditations this week.

This one is closer to half an hour.
The other (15.1) is closer to 11 minutes

Both are an aid in the enlivening and reawakening your divine inner intelligence. The longer one goes deeper and will assist in cellular regeneration.

See if you can do both before next week, just relax, release and enjoy.

Homework (soul guidance prompt) for this week –

Looking into our lives with new eyes, take the time to get outside and let the sun bathe your body. If you can find a big rock somewhere that has been bathed in sunlight , it would be amazing to rest on it and receive the energy.

Try to find a rock or big stone to connect with before next week and just journal how it feels to sense an aliveness in rock initially.

How does the security of stone resonate with your body?

How can you bring the energy of the stone into rebalancing your system?

Make sure you don’t just lie on the stone before actually connecting with it. It might be near the sea or a river or in the forest. Hopefully you find one big enough that you can properly lean on and into it.

Connecting directly like this is a very nourishing practice and you will notice the change in your body when you approach a particular stone over and over and it supports your body.

This method of grounding is much more profound than even just earthing which allows a transfer of negatively charged electrons from the Earth’s surface into the body. These electrons neutralize positively charged free radicals that cause chronic inflammation.
An excess of free radicals damages our cell membranes and DNA, leading to dis – ease . Because earthing has shown to reduce blood viscosity (thickness) and inflammation, it has the potential to support cardiovascular health.
Most of us have an overactive sympathetic nervous system (excessive emotional stress). Connecting with earth in this way has shown to calm and balancing effect on the nervous system.

The moment you allow your body to connect with the stone and the Earth, you connect to the Earth through a wire, your physiology changes. An immediate normalization begins. And an anti-inflammatory switch is turned on. People stay inflamed because they may be outside but don’t actually connect with the Earth body herself and acknowledge and herald the supportive and healing power along with the source of free electrons which can neutralize the free radicals in the body that cause disease and cellular destruction. Earthing is the easiest and most profound lifestyle change anyone can make.
