10 reasons to do headstand every day

I am always hopping into this pose.. why?
Here are at least 10 very good reasons: 

1. Headstand energises me;

2. It brings the blood to my head giving me a healthy glow. 🙂

3. It gives my legs a break from all the weight usually moving down into them;

4. It makes me see things from a different perspective;

5. It stimulates my brain;

6. Makes me happy;

7. Alters my reality;

8. Its fun!

9. Increases my body heat;

10. Cleans my colon.

There are so many variations to try. More posts to come as I warm up for winter.
